At Chores and Paws Intl we offer a reliable cleaning service that suits all of customers needs, whether you are looking for a regular cleaning service or a one-off clean we have a solution that meets your requirements.

Our App is open 24/7, however, our customer service phone line is open 9:00am to 18:00 Monday to Friday and 11am to 15:00 on Saturday but closed on a Sunday.
We do offer both services, but our End Of Tenancy Cleaning is through one of our affiliated partners please get in contact with them directly through the app for a bespoke quotation. A deep clean can be booked directly with one of our professional cleaners or housekeepers, we do ask you to supply all your own products, materials and appliances as most of our team travel to work on foot or on public transport. For a One Off Deep clean or our ‘ASAP’ clean we advise booking 1 hour per major room as opposed to a maintenance clean of 30 minutes per room.
All our cleaners/housekeepers are trusted key holders, so you can speak with your chosen service provider about holding a key or make arrangements for your key to be collected from a safe place or secured key box. Our team have all got a DBS check and are thoroughly vetted through ID verification and references.
If you are extremely happy with the work carried out by your service provider you can leave them a tip once you’ve received the notification that the job has been completed. We also politely request that you leave a review for your service provider as this helps us monitor their performance and is very appreciated by our service providers. (Please note when tipping your service provider will receive the whole amount).
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours you can claim a full refund or if your service provider cancels your appointment a full refund is automatically credited to you.
